Terms & Conditions – GOLDEN VISTA

Article 1 – Object

The object of these terms of service is to define the conditions under which customers can book a table or a karaoke box from www.goldenvista.pt website, published by SUBLIMAMARELO UNIP. LDA., a company registered at Portugal Company register under number 515372447, with its head office at Rua dos Sapateiros 39, 3º Direito 1100-576 Lisboa.

 

Article 2 – Scope of the terms of service and data privacy policy

 

The Terms of Policy and data privacy policy exclusively apply to customer bookings of GOLDEN VISTA KARAOKE located at Doca de Santo Amaro Armazém 13, 1350-353 Lisboa and constitute a contract between the parties in conjunction with the booking confirmation.

 

Article 3 – Changes of the TOS

 

3.1. SUBLIMAMARELO reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time and at its sole discretion.

 

3.2. The Customer must therefore consult the TOS and any modifications before each order confirmation (requiring acceptance of the TOS).

Article 4 – TOS clauses

 

4.1. The invalidity of a contractual clause does not result in the invalidity of these TOS.

 

4.2. The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the TOS by SUBLIMAMARELO does not constitute a renunciation of the other clauses of the TOS by SUBLIMAMARELO, and they will remain in effect.

 

Article 5 – Description of the Venue

 

Customers can book a table from, or the full box or room, from the following venues:

  • Bar Karaoke
  • Karaoke Room
  • Marina
  • Private Box

 

Article 6 – Prices of Session and minimum consumption

 

6.1. The prices of the sessions are given in euros including taxes, and by venue. The prices may be checked on the Golden Vista Karaoke website upon booking.

 

Broadly speaking, the prices change depending on the day of the week and the time of the day. Prices may differ from one venue to another.

 

Table sessions may last up to 2.5 hours and have a minimum value of 30€ per person including beverage, food and tax. Additional consumption charges, will be added.

 

Private Box sessions may last up to 2 hours. Prices of the private box may vary depending on the day of the week.

  • On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, minimum value of 40€ per person including beverage, food and tax. A minimum of 250€ including tax, will be charged for 2 hours.
  • On Fridays and Saturdays, minimum value of 50€ per person including beverage, food and tax. A minimum of 400€ including tax, will be charged for 2 hours.

 

6.2. Different menu options, that can start from 30€, are available to Customers. Upon request from the Customers, prior GOLDEN ISTA KARAOKE can make Beverage and food menus available via email.

 

6.3. SUBLIMAMARELO reserves the right to modify its price policy, at any time.

 

Article 7 – Booking policy

 

7.1. The Customer can book via the website at www.goldenvista.pt

 

7.2. During the booking process, the availability is shown to the Customer in real time.

 

7.3. To book a table or the private box, the Customer must click on their chosen time slot and then on the “Book” tab.

 

7.4. The Customer must then provide the following information: first name, last name, email address, phone number and other information that may be helpful to Golden Vista

 

7.5. Before clicking on the “Confirm” tab, the Customer has the chance to check the details of their booking.

 

7.6. Confirming the order indicates acceptance of the TOS by the Customer and establishes the contract.

 

7.7. After confirming their personal data, the costumer must insert a credit card in order to confirm the reservation. No value shall be charged if late cancellation fees do not apply.

 

7.8. Once the booking has been confirmed, the Customer will receive an email from GOLDEN VISTA KARAOKE.

 

Article 8 – Payment

 

8.1. Bookings are paid via payment card or Cash (cash payments are only accepted physically at GOLDEN VISTA KARAOKE).

 

8.2. GOLDEN VISTA currently accepts the following payment cards: MB, Visa and MasterCard.

 

8.3. The Customer guarantees their ability to use their card to reserve a table or a box on the website.

 

8.4. SUBLIMAMARELO has the right to send bank details confidentially and securely by way of the Stripe secure payment platform set up by SUBLIMAMARELO.

 

Article 9 – Accessing the Venue

 

9.1. The Customer will be able to access the venue from the beginning of the reservation booked on the website.

 

9.2. In the event that the Customer is late, the session will not be postponed.

 

9.3. Should the previous time-slot of the karaoke room be available before the start of the booked session, the Customer will be able to access it a maximum of 30 minutes earlier and enjoy a longer session without any extra charge.

 

Article 10 – Booking cancellation and changes policy

 

10.1. Customers can cancel or change their booking via the UMAI link, or by sending an email to hello@goldenvista.pt

 

10.2. Bookings can only be changed by email or the UMAI link.

 

10.3. Customers cannot change their booking less than 72 hours before the start of their karaoke session.

 

10.4. The Customer can cancel their session at any time. The cancellation fee policy, is laid in the following article.

 

10.5. The Customer will be charged 15€ per person (for table reservations) or 100€ per session (for private box sessions) if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session.

 

Article 11 – Intellectual property

 

11.1. All texts, comments, illustrations, works and images reproduced or represented on the website are strictly reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights, for the entire term of protection of these rights and for the entire world.

 

11.2. In the event of any reproduction, representation, modification or total or partial adaptation of the www.goldenvista.pt website and/or all or part of the elements incorporated in it, offenders will be subject to prosecution.

 

Article 12 – Personal data protection

 

12.1. SUBLIMAMARELO undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data communicated by the Customer on the website in order to book the Venues, and to process said data in accordance with the Data Protection.

 

12.2. SUBLIMAMARELO hereby states that the personal data communicated by the Customer will be used by its internal services for the purpose of processing bookings.

 

12.3. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the Customer may exercise their right to access the files, their right to object and their right to rectify or delete information concerning them at any time by sending a request (including their last name, first name, email address and postal address) to the following address: hello@goldenvista.pt

 

12.4. GOLDEN VISTA KARAOKE establishments are equipped with CCTVS, in compliance with the rules in force in Portugal.

 

Article 13 – Return of the room and equipment

 

The room and equipment made available to the Customer must be returned in good working order. In the event that the Customer is responsible for damage to the rooms, equipment or common areas, the repairs will be appraised and the Customer will be notified by email within thirty (30) days. The Customer will pay for the damages within fifteen (15) days of the notification, excluding insurance delays.

 

Article 14 – Applicable law – Disputes

 

14.1. These Terms of Service are subject to the law of Portugal.

 

14.2. For any complaints, the Customer should contact the SUBLIMAMARELO customer service team at the following address hello@goldenvista.pt in order to reach an amicable solution. Otherwise, the Portuguese courts will have jurisdiction.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?

 

Friday and Saturday – from 4 PM until 2 AM

Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday – from 4 PM until Midnight

 

HOW DO WE BOOK A SESSION?

 

You can book a karaoke room directly on our website www.goldenvista.pt, You may also write to hello@goldenvista.pt or contact us at +351 935 190 438, between Tuesday and Saturday, from 10:30AM until 8:30PM.

 

WHY DO WE NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?

 

We recommend our customer to book in advance in order to guarantee that the desired day and time are available.

 

HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?

 

For Table bookings,

  • Once a table is reserved, the minimum consumption per person is 30€.

 

For the Private Box,

  • On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, minimum value of 40€ per person including beverage, food and tax. A minimum of 250€ including tax, will be charged for 2 hours.
  • On Fridays and Saturdays, minimum value of 50€ per person including beverage, food and tax. A minimum of 400€ including tax, will be charged for 2 hours.

 

To access the karaoke without a reservation, and if no table is available, the minimum applicable fee is 15€ with a drink included from a selection of drinks options offered by GOLDEN VISTA KARAOKE.

 

DO WE HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT?

 

No payment in advance is necessary, however, your credit card will be charged late cancellation fees in case of no-show, or if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your session: cancellation fees are 15 € per person for tables, and 150 € per session for the private box.

 

HOW MUCH TIME DOES A SESSION LAST?

 

Karaoke Floor, Ground Floor and Marina – 2h30

Karaoke Private Box – 2h00

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO VISIT GOLDEN VISTA BEFORE BOOKING?

 

We are very happy to receive you and show you our space (private box will be only shown if available). Please send us an email to hello@goldenvista.pt in order to book your visit.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SING LONGER?

 

If the next time session is available, you will have the opportunity to stay longer respecting our minimum consumption rules of each slot.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

 

Any change must be made until 24 hours prior to the session, upon availability. Cancellations not made 24 hours before the session, will be subject to late cancellation fees.

 

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT GOLDEN VISTA KARAOKE?

 

Children under 18 (?), must be supervised by an adult.

 

IS IT ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD OR DRINKS INSIDE GOLDEN VISTA?

 

It is not allowed to bring food or drinks at GOLDEN VISTA, unless specifically approved following an email request.

 

MAY I COME TO GOLDEN VISTA KARAOKE WITH NO INTENTION OF SINGING?

 

Golden Vista Karaoke is not just for singers, but also their friends and family and there is no obligation to sing.

 

HOW DOES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK?

 

GOLDEN VISTA Customer Service is open between Tuesday and Saturday, between Tuesday and Saturday, from 10:30AM until 8:30PM.
