What are the opening hours?
Our operating hours are from Tuesday to Saturday:
Tuesday to Thursday: 16:00 to 00:00
Friday and Saturday: 16:00 to 02:00
How do we book a session
You can book a karaoke room directly on our website www.goldenvista.pt, You may also write to hello@goldenvista.pt or contact us at +351 935 190 438, between Tuesday and Saturday, from 10:30AM until 8:30PM.
What do we need to book in advance?
We recommend our customer to book in advance in order to guarantee that the desired day and time are available.
How much does a session cost?
Each of our Private Boxes has a maximum capacity of 12 people.
Sessions last 1 hour.
- 40€ per session (Tuesday to Thursday)
- 50€ per session (Friday and Saturday)
*Consumption not included.
In addition to the Private Rooms, we have the Main Stage and the Marina, which are shared (non-private) spaces. Reservations last 1h30, with a minimum consumption of 15€ per person. This amount can be used on food and drinks, as you prefer.
**Additional 5€ per person for artistic cover charge.
Do we have to pay upfront?
No advance payment is required. However, your credit card will be charged for late cancellation fees in case of no-show or if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your session. The cancellation fee is 15€ per person.
How long does a session last?
Private Boxes: 1 hour
Main Stage and Marina: 1h30
Is it possible to visit Golden Vista before booking?
We are very happy to receive you and show you our space (private box will be only shown if available). Please send us an email to hello@goldenvista.pt in order to book your visit.
Is it possible to sing longer?
If the next time session is available, you will have the opportunity to stay longer respecting our minimum consumption rules of each slot.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Any changes must be made up to 4 hours before the session, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be subject to late cancellation fees.
Are children welcome at Golden Vista Karaoke?
Children under 18, must be supervised by an adult.
Is it allowed to bring food or drinks inside Golden Vista?
It is not allowed to bring food or drinks at GOLDEN VISTA, unless specifically approved following an email request.
May I come to Golden Vista Karaoke with no intention of singing?
Golden Vista Karaoke is not just for singers, but also their friends and family and there is no obligation to sing.
How does the customer service work?
GOLDEN VISTA Customer Service is open between Tuesday and Saturday, from 10:30AM until 8:30PM.
